About Us
A core goal of Nigretta of Hamilton is to provide employment opportunities to people with a disability or experiencing disadvantage.
Nigretta currently employs 22 people, some of whom have been with us for 25 years or more. Our supervisors and support workers focus on helping our supported employees learn new vocational and life skills and develop old ones, promoting independence, confidence, and sense of accomplishment.
Nigretta’s workplace also promotes social inclusion in a safe and meaningful environment.
